Working with awareness of the spiritual flow of energy can help us make best use of the opportunities presented by the moon's phases.
During the first half of the lunar cycle-from new to full moon- the available energies are growing, intensifying, and absorbing, while in the second half-full to new moon- they are assimilating, consolidating and distributing qualities.
By observing this cyclic law we can make more progress with our meditation by aligning our attunement, visualisation, thoughts and actions, with the flow of spiritual energies.

Triangles is a service activity for men and women of goodwill who believe in the power of thought. Working in groups of three, they establish right human relationships by creating a worldwide network of light and goodwill.
