Hi Caroline, thanks for the reply, I will follow this through and see how far I can get.
I am thrilled to see the global conciousness project as I have been looking for this for a long time, but when I press the green button it says 'Internet explorer cannot access this site'. Perhaps you could help me to get through.
I wish you every success with your wonderful and foresighted enterprise.

Hello Robin
Thanks for your question. It would be great if individuals could address the UN General Assembly but I'm not sure that's been done.
I suggest you contact the UN Association in your country. If you're in Australia the link is: http://www.unaa.org.au/praxis.php/category/view/1
or http://www.un.org.au/
The link below is a PDF on all you want to know about the UN which may be a good start.
http://www.un.org/geninfo/faq/Everything_You_Always_Wanted_to_Know_About_the_UN.pdf

The blurb on this site says:
How can individuals support the UN? Can they join the Organization as members?
No, only independent countries with international recognition can become members of the UN.
However, individuals can support the work of the United Nations through international and local non-governmental organizations. Some of them collaborate with the UN Department of
Public Information and provide the UN with valuable links to people around the world.
For more information:

Hope that's useful. It's great that you're willing to take personal responsibility and action to slow down global warming. If we all did that we'd be in a different, and probably healthier, situation right now.

Hi, is it possible for an individual to address the United Nations assembly? I wish to make an appeal to human rationality on the absolute and undeniable necessity to act globally on global warming.

Congratulations on the aims of this website. I look forward to reading more having just discovered it. I teach change management and leadership and can well use some of the case studies. In addition the ecological agriculture australia association is focused on change at a rural level (www.ecoag.org.au).
